Our name, Rysigo can be traced back hundreds of years and originated from middle-high-German in 1507. Rysigo was used as a technical term for business, with the meaning "to dare, to undertake, enterprise, hope for economic success". It can be traced back to sailors who would take to the high seas on voyages to discover the unknown world and bring back riches to those left behind.
